Cozy American Style Cottage in Sioux City

Pictures of inside are fairly accurate and it was recently remodeled. but the exterior was very disappointing and not usable. The communication started out okay. They responded when we couldn't access the rental with the touch pad but we had to use a rear entrance that was not safe. They responded when we arrived and it was 84° inside but initially wanted us to set up a rolling AC unit that was not equipped to properly exhaust through the dinning room windows so they sent a gal to jerry rig it. Then never responded when we wanted to shorten our stay because of these and other issues. They didn't even have a coffee pot. We had multiple bug bites (spiders? 🤷‍♂️) that didn't heal for days!! and never a new one after we moved. I really should have asked for a complete refund but was willing to pay for the 3 nights we did stay, but still had to escalate through AIRBNB which took 6 hrs. on a Sunday. We traveled 600 miles for two funerals and help my uncle move. Did not need this.
