Hard to get in. Heat didnt work on very cold night. No bed as advertised only a flimsy futon. all soaps empty in shower. on a steep second floor. not listed. avoid. i had to cancel 3 nights and get Ambassador to get refunded

My only complaints were there was not a bath towel there. Had hand towels and washcloths but no bath towels and I messaged them with no response. The pullout bed was very uncomfortable. I just put the mattress ton the floor. It was clean. It was worth the money paid.

I like the the place and location, however the floor had food spill and trash can was full as well as the bathroom that wasn't cleaned. My wife and I had to do a lot of cleaning and took out some trash. The place is nice because it's closer to restaurants and supermarkets.
