The house was really beautiful and unique. No problems with anything in the house other than 1 TV but there were many others. Only recommendation is for that size of house would be nice to have an oven and really need more than one small shower. Everything else was great!

The house is stunningly beautiful and very clean, and Jeremy & Judy provided the necessary information to make our stay easy and comfortable. The bedrooms are so regal, I'm not sure I've ever slept in such luxury. They also provided a nice assortment of individual bath items in each room, which was a nice touch. The fact there wasn't a sink in the kitchen and only one small shower between all 4 bathrooms were the only odd details. It didn't impede our stay, we just had to be a more coordinated for showers. Highly recommend for large groups.

Our stay at the historic Conkling House, built in 1878, was one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had. This 146-year-old home has been beautifully renovated, allowing you to enjoy its Victorian charm while still having access to modern amenities like WiFi, air conditioning, and a Smart TV. The combination of old-world elegance and contemporary comforts made for a memorable stay. A couple of minor considerations: the house is located about a block from a railroad track, and the train horn can be loud when it passes through, though this happens infrequently. Additionally, there's a charming old church directly across the street, which adds to the 19th-century ambiance of the area. The hourly chimes of the church bell might be a drawback for light sleepers, but we found it added to the character of the neighborhood. Overall, our stay was incredibly pleasant and relaxing, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year to rent the same property

My siblings and our spouses spent two glorious days and three nights together in the spacious and beautifully decorated “Conkling House” (there were 12 of us). Our Host, Jeremy was great. THANK YOU HOST JEREMY for making it happen!!!

Nice for our big group!

Nice rooms but 1shower for entire house. I wouldn’t stay there longer than 1 night if you’re looking at this rental. No kitchen to cook anything other than microwave and air frier. Thermometer locked upstairs key didn’t work and house got 80+ degrees Tried charging me for things that were already issues in the house long before we arrived. It’s an old house meant to stay 1 night. Even then, a train blasts right by home every 30 minutes blowing horn so sleeping is an issue. Then getting showered the next day is nearly impossible with 1 tiny shower for entire home. Horrible experience To then get a notification a week later they expect us to pay for items that were already broken upon arrival confirmed they don’t expect to have repeat customers.
